Andy isn't a big vegetable eater (he's English). In fact the only vegetables he, and most English people, will eat are peas and carrots and potatoes. So Easter is a great holiday for Andy. Because dinner usually involves those vegetables. And roasting a large cut of meat. Preferably with the help of Hugh Fearnley Wittingstall.
